Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Websites are controlled and operated by IRIS from our offices in England. Those who visit the Website from other locations do so of their own initiative and responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. All access to and use of these Websites, including obtaining the facilities, products or services offered through these Websites and any claims arising from, or related to, your access to or use of these Websites will be governed by the laws of England & Wales and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
CHAT FORUM RULES
1. Users must not:
(a) log in using any other person’s username or password, or allow any other person to use their user name and password. If you believe that a third party may have obtained your username or password, please report the matter to IRIS immediately by emailing

(b) copy material from, or insert links to, other websites without the website owner’s express consent or post any material that is not already available in the public domain;
(c) advertise or offer to sell any product or service via the forum or use any private messaging function to send unsolicited commercial messages (“spam”);
(d) conduct or forward surveys, contests or chain letters;
(e) flood any forum (ie attempt to take over any forum by flooding it with their own posts);
(f) troll (ie harassing or annoying other users), swear or use offensive language;
(g) post any content that is defamatory of any person or untrue;
(h) post any content that is illegal in any jurisdiction including without limitation content that is racially inflammatory, incites or threatens violence, causes any person to fear for their personal safety, includes the personal data of any person other than the poster (ie contact details or other information that identifies an individual), gives instructions relating to or glamorises use of illegal drugs or is pornographic, indecent or otherwise obscene;
(i) upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property rights, or rights of confidentiality or privacy, or that contain viruses, corrupted files or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the website, our servers or any user’s computer or other equipment;
(j) make use of any material or information posted by any other user of the forum without their express permission; or
(k) bypass any security and/or access feature of the forum
2. IRIS shall be the sole arbiter of whether any post breaches the above rules, in its sole discretion. IRIS reserves the right to remove any post, or permanently or temporarily suspend the access of any user, that does not comply with the above rules.
3. You acknowledge that you are personally responsible and liable for all posts on the forum and you agree to indemnify IRIS and its employees, officers, directors and third party services providers indemnified against all claims, proceedings, losses, damages and costs incurred as a result of breach of the above rules.
4. The opinions expressed and information posted by forum users represent the views of that user only and not of IRIS. IRIS does not authorise, represent or endorse any such view, or the accuracy or reliability of any such information. Posts are not checked by moderators before appearing.
5. All material submitted to or posted on the forum shall be deemed and remain the property of IRIS which shall be free to use, alter, modify, decompile, electronically reproduce, distribute or publicly perform or display this information for any purpose, any ideas, concepts or know-how contained in such information. IRIS shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding submitted information except as outlined in the Privacy Policy or as otherwise specifically agreed or required by law.

YOUR RIGHTS
